Hey sorry to hear about your situation. Although you can’t appeal the consular officer’s decision, you can reapply for a visa at any time after your refusal. However, don’t rush to reapply without changing your application a bit. The Secretary of Statewarns that “if you were found ineligible under section 214(b) of the INA, you should be able to present evidence of significant changes in circumstances since your last application.” So I guess the first step would be to assess why exactly you were denied. Were you missing some evidence to back up your reason for visiting? Although you traveled here four times before, do you have less ties here now? There are a bunch of things to consider that caused the denial, as well as opportunities to bolster your application.
