Because your corporation exists on paper only, the only real steps that you need to take is filing more paperwork. Delaware makes it pretty easy to dissolve a corporation, all you need to do is file a form of dissolution.
Normally the dissolution process would be much more involved because you would have to split up bank accounts, pay off creditors, etc. Here, though basically all you need to do is inform Delaware that you no longer wish to be a registered entity.
At LawTrades, our attorneys have helped other Delaware corporations through the dissolution process and their experience allows them to simplify the already simple process even further. Visit ourto see how we can help you!
