You don’t need employees to sell. You know your business better than anyone else so just go out there and sell by yourself.
After doing it enough, you should have figured out a fairly repeatable sales process. Document that and use the revenue you generated yourself to hire someone else to repeat what you do.
Keep doing this process while building product and listening to your customers pain points.
Once you have enough traction / validation/ a team, apply to a reputable accelerator and grow faster.
