Can I combine several provisional patent applications into one non-provisional?

Yes – several provisional applications can be referenced by a subsequent non-provisional application, combining their ideas into a single invention. This can take place at any time until the one-year anniversary of the first provisional patent application. While development of the product continues, this process is a cost-friendly maneuver of accounting for improvements within one patent application.
