Nothing in life is certain. In a lot of ways, life itself is a gamble.
With that said, you don’t have to enter your business venture with so much doubt that it ruins your drive and passion. You are probably going to have a lot of people tell you the million ways that things can go wrong (and sure, things can go very, very wrong) but you can better your odds by showing up and doing the hard work.
If you sit around thinking of how impossible it is then you’ll never put yourself out there enough to see if things will work out. You have to ask yourself if potential failure is worse than the uncertainty of success. Think long and hard about that decision and then make the choice that you can live with.
My advice? If you really want to start a business—start a business. Get out of your own head, research and learn as much as you can, and then put some action behind your idea. Seek out some professional advice from other entrepreneurs and legal resources like LawTrades. You don’t have to go into it totally green and blind, just focus on the areas you understand and expanding those that you don’t.
