Hey I agree with Todd here – you really should speak with an attorney to get some solid and much needed legal advice. You have to understand that the materials you’re trying to take for your course are protected by copyright. Although there is an “educational purpose” exception, there is a lot of gray in terms of what qualifies under the exception. Even if you think you can use it, there’s a good chance that the copyright owner of the material you’re trying to use (like Harry Potter) has a ton of $$$ to challenge you in court over it.
