What is the typical cost of the post-incorporation process for a Delaware C?

Anyone call pull up boilerplate documents and fill them out, but only an experience startup attorney can customize them and tailor them to your startup’s specific legal needs.

Delaware has a nuanced requirement for filing for tax exempt status, so a lawyer will be able to help you figure out if you qualify, and what type of protection your company can get. Also, as you grow your company you might run into issues concerning employee agreements, protecting intellectual property, raising capital and more–legal stuff that a lawyer can help you organize from day one.

At LawTrades, our Delaware post-incorporation package ranges from a flat fee of $800 – $1000, depending on your startup’s particulars. This includes all documents listed in the previous posts as well as filing fees. Most importantly, and unlike services like LegalZoom, any work completed through our legal platform will be drafted by a startup attorney.

Hope that helps! If you have any further questions, please don’t 🙂
