Which immigration lawyer do you recommend for H1B and Greencard processing? by @R44D
Answer by Raad Ahmed:
I think that investing in the best interest of the client is becoming a lost art in the legal industry.
You’re absolutely right—a lot of attorneys are going through the motions of the daily grind to get through cases and get a paycheck. Real compassion and care can get lost in the noise of just getting through the process. It’s demoralizing for clients. It’s not great for the reputation of the lawyer. It just really sucks.
Any sort of legal situation should be handled with care, but immigration is one of those areas that can really impact a person’s life in a huge way. H1B and Greencards have an incredible impact on a person’s future and the attorney that is involved will play a critical role in how everything works out.
You should definitely choose wisely.
When it comes to a real deal immigration attorney—a client should be able to expect:
- Direct, simple communication
- Compassion and understanding
- “Client First” mentality
- Affordability and transparency
The truth is, it’s hard to find all of this in one place. But, it’s possible.
