If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder and/or contact us in order to resolve.
The email will contain the name and address of your Registered Agent you may use this information to complete any documents that requires the Registered Agent information.
Registered Agent service is managed through the Registered Agent client dashboard. The client portal will allow you to renew, service, update contact information, and serve as a repository for you to obtain and download any service of process received on behalf of your company.
Please familiarize yourself with the client dashboard and be sure to always maintain a current email address as this will be the primary method of alerting you of legal correspondence requiring attention.
