How broad is my trademark protection?
This includes filing the trademark in one series and one class. Additional legal fees and filing fees will apply if you decide to file a trademark in more than one class.
How long will it take for my trademark to be filed?
Trademark approval times can vary based on demand but generally fall in the window of 3-4 months. Despite the delayed approval time, you will be able to monitor the status of the trademark online as it's going through the approval process.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you have submitted your business name or logo, an attorney will conduct the initial search and discuss the results via email or phone. The attorney will then prepare the filing application and submit to the United States Patent and Trademark Office. You will be able to track the approval status and contact us with any questions you may have while awaiting for the approval.

Upon placing your order you will be directed to a confirmation page that will provide you with an order number. You should print and save this number for your records and use it for reference when contacting our staff.

Your payment card will be processed as soon as the order is submitted.
What happens after I place my order?
First and foremost, thank you for giving us the opportunity to provide your company with Registered Agent Service.
The first thing you should expect to receive is a confirmation email within 30 minutes detailing your order.
If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder and/or contact us in order to resolve.
The email will contain the name and address of your Registered Agent you may use this information to complete any documents that requires the Registered Agent information.
Registered Agent service is managed through the Registered Agent client dashboard. The client portal will allow you to renew, service, update contact information, and serve as a repository for you to obtain and download any service of process received on behalf of your company.
Please familiarize yourself with the client dashboard and be sure to always maintain a current email address as this will be the primary method of alerting you of legal correspondence requiring attention.
