Here’s another microdose of the coolest things I discovered this week–written by me, Raad—CEO of LawTrades.
1. A short talk I listened to
Seek wealth, not money or status
This is a short interview on getting rich. Naval argues to not play status games or chase money. Instead, seek wealth–which are assets that earn while you sleep.
2. Books I’ve read
Reading that changed my worldview
A collection of the best books I’ve read with a tiny summary and links to their Amazon page. This page will constantly update as I read more, so bookmark it if you want to check back in a few weeks.
4. An article I wrote
Why I write to you
I explain why I personally write each one of our company newsletter emails.
5. A purchase I’m enjoying
Kin seeks to be an alternative to alcohol. It promises to cut stress and produce bliss without dealing with hangovers. The drink is made from adaptogens (manage stress), nootropics (enhance cognition), and botanics (nutrients). It tastes like hibiscus and I mix it with tonic. I called it the Kin & Tonic 😉
6. A quote I’m pondering
“There are three deaths. The first is when the body ceases to function. The second is when the body is cosigned to the grave. The third is that moment, sometime in the future, when your name is spoken for the last time.”
— Chapter 8 in Sum: Forty Tales from the Afterlives
Have a mindful rest of the week.
