General qualifications: Attorney with + 5 years experience in real estate through a national law firm or multinational organization, strong communication skills, leader, management experience, international experience is a plus.
License from any state (CA, NY, NC preferred),
This is a part-time role with the ability to ramp up over 1 – 2 months to full-time.
Contract drafting and negotiating experience in the sale, lease and purchase of commercial real property;
Familiarity drafting AIA agreements, other architectural agreements, service orders, work orders and change orders;
Familiarity with RFP processes, commercial space buildouts, contractor selection, and project management;
Experience addressing issues of hazardous substances, remediation and removals;
Experience with landlord-tenant matters including management, leasing and ongoing maintenance; and
Experience with oversight in locations in the US, EMEA, and APAC.
