Roy Gross is an experienced patent attorney who represents inventors and companies all over the world. Roy prepares and prosecutes patents in a variety of technical fields including medical and surgical instruments, pharmaceuticals, electronic devices, optics, software, computer software, and business methods. Roy has a heavy emphasis in life science patents including working with ANDA cases for generic versions of drugs such as Pulmicort Respules®, MetroGel® and Clarinex®. He has broad experience in all stages of patent prosecution including working with inventors to identify features of new products, drafting patent applications and responses to office actions, and arguing before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeals Board. Roy earned his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from MIT.
